Free shuttle to town. Giuseppe was a great driver and knew all the great places to eat and explore. The rooms were clean and beautiful. There are steps next to hotel that will take you to Path of the Gods (be ready for a climb, it is not for the faint of heart). Loved the pool. We had the most amazing massages here (suspension) that is unique to these therapists. Nonna Nonna was delicious and the breakfast buffet was super convenient.
Definitely needed to take the shuttle, bus, or walk but we were looking for quiet and relaxing . Only way to Positano was bus or water taxi (no ferry). Although ferry avail to Amalfi.

The staff were friendly and attentive
The setting and views from our room were incredible! Bed very comfortable
Breakfast was very good with plenty of options
We had dinner in both restaurants and the meals were delicious
It was a truly relaxing holiday

Excellent service. Lovely hotel with an old school Italian vibe. Lovely room apart the issue with location of toilet
The toile location in the bathroom made it difficult to use especially for a tall person.

Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful
The promised heated pool, which was the main reason we booked the hotel, was not heated at all and so didn't justify the higher price the hotel charges
