Location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the lake and many restaurants and shops and the bus station. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they really took care to make sure we were OK and enjoying our stay. The pool is very clean and a lovely area to relax in. Our room was cleaned very efficiently and thoroughly every day. There is a small pond in the front garden with a turtle and fish. There was a fridge in the room and a really nice balcony.
Really minor touches - there was no shampoo or bars of soap in the bathroom, just shower gel.
We had a triple room which wasn't too spacious for 3 people.
