Excellent location, only a stone's throw from the beautiful beach, excellent breakfast, great choice of food lots of variety and good quality. Really comfortable and clean rooms, lovely balconies, we'll equipped bathroom, great air-con etc, etc.

Everything was perfect. The location was the best we had during our vacations from the last years, 1 minute from the beach, 5-15 minutes from a lot of good places to eat(also places that are open during the day). The hotel/room was nice and very clean - you will not miss anything. The staff is very friendly and all the time they did their best to make you feel like home. I will recommend the boat trip with Lady Buzz - is top. The vibe on the boat is incredible and the lunch is amazing. A big thumb up for the captain and the chef. Also a transfer option from hotel to Olbia Airport can be booked, so you don't have to worry about this topic.

The place is located in the center of Golfo Aranci, with the great view of sea. I liked everythung about the property, first the owners were very friendly and helpful in everything. The breakfast was delicious, feeling like home. To tell you truthfully I highly reccomend this place ❤️

We loved the room decoration, fantastic! and from the window we could see the beach. The staff is very friendly, we could borrow a parasol and a chair to bring to the beach. Thanks to these, we could stay and enjoy longer the lovely beach in front of the hotel. We could also get our breakfast to go since we had an early flight. There are several nice restaurants at walking distance. We only stayed 1 night but will come back to this hotel for sure!

The room is very comfortable, the walking distance to Terza beach is very convenient and the breakfast is very nice as well.

The size of the room is not very big and the beach in front of the hotel is not very nice.

Great location. Staff was friendly and so accommodating. They helped us with parking and beach accessories.

We are a family of 5 and the largest room was a bit tight with the extra bed. But it worked and everyone had a bed.

The hotel is located right on the beach and is very convenient. Within walking distance from restaurants, shops and the center of this small but cozy town. Very friendly and helpful staff. The owners of the hotel are professionals who know how to properly organize a vacation and please every vacationer. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned every day. The rooms have everything you need. Excellent sea view from the terrace. Every morning breakfast for every taste!

location was excellent. it felt so authentically Sardinian. staff were absolutely lovely.

shower wasn’t great in the morning for some reason. was perfect in the evening. I was only there for one day though.

We loved the view from our window, the breakfast and the decor in the hotel.

A wonderful place with friendly hosts who went the extra mile with all that we needed. View of the sea and the beach. Breakfasts were exactly what we needed. Recommend walk along the beach to Bistro di Mare towards the ferry terminal for a superb fish supper.

The location is excellent. prime sea view from the bed. The owners are welcoming, accommodating with a smile. we visited outside the tourist season but they opened their doors and made sure we had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Grazie!!

Good location, close to the beach, clean

One of the hosts was very rude, she didn't speak any other language except italian, the eggs we had for breakfast had been boiled the day before and were served cold from the refrigerator, the sunny side up eggs came soaked in oil, which was absolutely disgusting, and the next day she refused to serve them at all. The breakfast was not a buffet (they said because of the pandemic and we understood) but we spent 1 hour each day waiting for breakfast. One day we waited 30minutes for 2 cups of coffee and again she had an attitude. If you are not italian, this is not the hotel for you, their own people had priority with everything.

Great location right next to a lovely beach. Great beach bar/ Paddle boards / Cafe and a Restaurant. In a little town with plenty of great food options and ice creams. Shops for gifts, clothing, provisions etc.

My original room on the ground floor, sold as a ‘comfort double’ was not at all as described. It had a weird pissy smell, no daylight, a shared terrace with four other rooms with a door and no window. The air con didn’t work and you couldn’t leave the door open( being downstairs and Ona shared terrace). It was horribly claustrophobic. The bed was two children’s metal z beds pushed together, but only one was made with sheets. Nothing could be done on my arrival and I pushed the tiny beds together and used an eiderdown to sleep on. Not nice at all! The next day I asked to be moved and we paid extr to have a room on the first floor, room 104, with a large double bed, two children’s beds as singles and a balcony. That room was lovely! My partner was on the second floor in a bed that was the twin bed style made as a double. His room was ok. Unfortunately it was next to where the family lived with a barking dog and children making noises day and night. It had its good points but it also had its bad ones! The breakfast was ok and the staff were pleasant enough. Car parking on the street. Personally, if I was staying again, I wouldn’t use booking.com, I would call and see what rooms were available. Only accept those on the first floor. For light sleepers I would say it was necessary to wear ear plugs, you could hear everything from surrounding rooms, including snoring, hairdryers and people using the toilet.

The rooms were both really clean and comfortable. The location was really nice right at the beachfront.

Unfortunately we had to switch rooms as the staff made a mistake at our check-in. This was a little disruption in our otherwise good stay. As a reparation we got a drink on the house which was really nice.

Very good location, only 1 minute walk from the sea. The room was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. It was close to everything to eat and to the marina.
