The hotel is good reachable by bus. We pretty much walked everywhere as it is only a 20min walk to the Alhambra. The staff was great and spoke several languages. Everything looked very clean. The surrounding area offered different restaurants and cafes and a spa. We liked that the different floors where only accessible by room card so no one could wander around the halls.
We had an extra bed in the room which made the room even smaller...

The location and parking.
A very small room with very few sockets for charging phones and laptops.
Small towels, no shampoo or shower gel.

Friendly staff spoke English and great spot for walking to Cathedral and city centre and buses. Easy to hail a taxi. 2 very close mini supermarkets. Very clean. Safe in room.
First allocated room for 2 people was so small but they happily changed the room. No external view and a bad smell from bathroom but larger room. TV has not even one english speaking channel available. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. No fridge but drink machine in lobby. No toiletries except soap.
