Ramada Resort by Wyndham Puerto de Mazarron

Very good bed and nice sea view. Very quiet at night.

The pool is a bit small, nobody explained to us about the facilities.

Very clean and well appointed . Very friendly happy and helpful staff .

Nicely updated and well equipped rooms.

Shower was not very powerful. Small sized pool. Average breakfast.

Reception staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful as you would expect and they responded well to any request. The pool was clean and the bar area was pleasant. The room was spacious and well-equipped with an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Tea and coffee making facilities were sufficient. View of the ocean and the town from the room balcony was excellent.

The cleanliness of the room on a daily basis was poor and the standard of cleaning generally was inadequate. The room decor was tired and showed signs of damage and wear. The breakfast was poor with dry produce (ham, cheese, tomato etc) left out for long periods. Fruit selection was bruised and poor quality, as was the cooked selection of sausage and bacon, which was often cold and dry. The prices for alcohol behind the pool bar were excessive. The sun loungers were of a poor design, in a poor state of repair and dangerous. A serious injury occurred (which was reported to hotel staff) due to a faulty mechanism and the bed was not replaced and blood stains remained two days after the incident (despite an inspection). Alcohol was allowed in the reception area which was disappointing to see. The gym facility was adequate, however the running machine required a service and there was a problem with the timing belt for 4 days without action. Staff tended to a wedding party throughout the second week of the stay and other guests felt neglected. Sun loungers were monopolised and the volume around the pool area became loud, rowdy and unpleasant.
