No concern for food allergens - dangerous.

Comfy bed, clean room.

While the room itself was fine, the food/service for dinner and today for lunch has been exceptionally poor and even dangerous. On the first night I called reception in advance to check when room service was available and if the full menu was available. I was advised room service would be available from 6pm, but was welcome to place my order in advance and they would prepare as soon as possible. I called back to place my order at 5:40 and asked for it to be sent up as soon as possible despite chasing again by phone at 6:45, no food arrived until around 7:15. This is awful service, especially as the food was preordered. Then the next day, I came down to the bar at 12:45 for lunch. I am vegan so there isn't usually a lot of choice for me when travelling, but I had seen the menu in my room and there was an option that would suit. When i got to the bar, I tried to order the vegan meatball sandwich, to be told they dont actually do that. The server was kind and apologetic and went to speak to the chef to see if they were any options available, to which i was offered an egg mayo sandwich. When I explained yet again that I was vegan and didnt eat meat, dairy or egg, so couldnt have that, the server kindly went to check again, and I was offered a cheese and tomato sandwich - also not vegan. At this point I abandoned all hope of a sandwich, and enquired about the soup. I was informed the soup was tomato and red pepper. This seemed suitable so i went ahead with it. When it arrived it was a strange colour and I was unsure about it, but was told it was indeed tomato and red pepper. I began to eat - it was bland and lukewarm, but at least it was something. I was almost finished when the server came back out from the kitchen, went to the blackboard, and rubbed out "tomato and red pepper soup", and replaced it with what seemed to say curry.

Fantastic short break away with family at a lovely family friendly hotel.

Fantastic stay at this hotel everyone was lovely and helpful. Hotel was lovely as was our rooms, staff friendly and helpful. Can't fault hotel at all.

Fine for 1 night stay.

Scenery is beautiful. Conservatory where breakfast is located is stunning and the grounds are very well maintained.

Room wasn’t spotless. Quite a lot of dust and it seemed the carpet wasn’t hoovered. Door handle was strangely low on door so you had to bend down to open and enter room.

Ran my finger through the TV and it was snowing dust Holes in the walls and moulds Abstruct noises at night like thumping on the window felt world like war 3 Toilet flush would sound like ur on a train would take about 10 minutes to flush Face felt REALLY dry after using the water But good location X NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS IN THE PICTURES

Suits our needs. Have stayed a number of times staff ok breakfast always a lottery between good & bad .

TV didn’t work properly. Poor breakfast. Find our own table. Had to ask for cutlery to lay our own table. Number of food items missing or short supply

Lovely location and nice leisure facilities

Nice sized room with a good shower in bathroom. Good breakfast in morning and it was available v early (6am) which suited us. Pool facilities were good, water was warm and also had a sauna and steam room available. Plenty of parking available and location was great, just off the motorway but also close to the Dundee.

Some cups at breakfast were stained, might need a better dishwasher.

Lovely breakfast great service from lady with badges such a delight with our little boy Swimming pool great treated our little boy to pool for first time such a great experience Had such a lovely stay which made our family holiday very special Coconut ice-cream at dinner was amazing would love to know who's ice-cream 😋

A nice stay for one night

It’s nice that there is a swimming pool. The bed was also pretty good, big and soft.

The breakfast is okay, but it is very simple. Also the hotel could use a little touch up here and there.

Reasonable business accommodation if your getting a premier Inn rate

Comfy bed, easy access to road network, evening meal was nice

Stayed midweek, both nights weddings were being hosted, so it was a bit noisy. One ring of rooms backs onto function room so if your working and need the quiet makes sure you all for rooms away from that area. Breakfast was not very good, first day some items cold and rubbery, next day greatly reduced choice which want very good on the first day, unless breakfast is included in your rate I wouldn't pay for it

Hotel needs investment into it and more staff

The hotel was understaffed which showed they did everything they could. The breakfast was terrible due to no staff. It was a shame the staff were worked of their feet.

The breakfast was very poor, the rooms are tired and not like the hotel when it was a Hilton. There needs to be a large investment into the hotel and more staff employed.

Overall a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

The size of the room and bed were great, decent TV and tea / coffee facilities and good storage. Breakfast was good, had anything you could really want for breakfast, excellent selection of teas, breads, cereals etc. And having a pool and gym is a great bonus to have available. The pool was lovely and all the staff we encountered were really nice and helpful.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner as it smelt a little musty. Quite possibly the shower curtain. A few bits of the room could have been cleaner and some pieces of furniture are looking a bit tired.

Less than adequate stay

very limited restaurant menu. Stated half board for extra £25 misleading as this was only £ 25 voucher off the limited menu not a evening meal for extra £25 each! Also steam room smelly .

Modern decorated hotel just a short drive to Dundee. Rooms warm and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were good. Bath ro

Room was large and spacious and nicely decorated. We asked for a quiet location which was accommodated. Leisure facilities were good including pool, gym, sauna and steam room.

The dinner menu was rather boring on the first night (fish and chips, burgers) and the dining room was closed so we had to sit in a quiet bar area. Thankfully the menu changed on our second night, which was a complete turnaround and tasted amazing. Disappointed that there were no bath robes or slippers provided in the rooms for using the leisure facilities and no welcome pack, like other hotels of the same rating.
