It was 5 minutes from Luton airport which was extremely useful for a 6am flight! Rooms were basic but good for a nights sleep before travelling.
Our room smelled like cigarettes, this could’ve been caused by the person staying before us not sure. I did let them property know and they said they’ll tend to it.

Simple self check in, room was has whats expected and bed was comfy
Extractor fan in the room was rattling very loud.
The car park is tiny and half the cars are blocked in if its full
$$$$
