Our room was a great size and the bathroom was huge. The rainfall shower was lovely. The gentleman on reception and the young lady who checked us in on Friday evening were friendly and helpful.

The only choice for a cooked breakfast was a Welsh breakfast or a vegetarian breakfast. We waited about 40 minutes for our breakfast on the Sunday and there was no gluten free bread for toast. My husband never got his toast. The plug in the bath doesn’t seal properly so the water drains away immediately. The bed sheet stains on it. The furniture was a bit tired

It was clean nice food and very friendly staff

We booked it for our wedding anniversary and deliberately chose this hotel for the jet bath but it didn’t worked and couldn’t be fixed so expensive room, the tv also didn’t work!
