"Let It Be" is a newly renovated three-bedroom home, perfectly located just steps away from everything while still offering a sense of seclusion. This charming home accommodates up to 12 guests, featuring a Master Bedroom on each of the two floors. The third bedroom can sleep up to 4 people with its two queen beds. Each bedroom comes with a private bathroom and a television for added comfort.
The spacious kitchen includes seating for three at the counter, a traditional built-in coffee maker, and an additional standard coffee maker. There's also a wine/beverage cooler in the upstairs Master, ideal for enjoying coffee on the balcony in the morning or a beer or glass of wine in the evening. The upstairs porches provide partial views of the Gulf of Mexico, adding to the home's charm.
The open living and dining area is great for gatherings, with a dining table that seats eight. For outdoor relaxation, the screened porch features two swinging day beds. Just beyond, the beautiful backyard offers a fire pit with ample seating, a cozy hammock, a gas grill, and a Cornhole area. This space is beautifully lit for evening gatherings and conversations.
Nestled in the quaint and quiet neighborhood of Tranquil Shores, a private community with only six homes and a shared pool, "Let It Be" is perfectly positioned on the north side of Co. Highway 30A. It's conveniently close to the amenities of Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Rosemary Beach to the east, and The Hub and Seaside to the west. The home also features an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and is located directly across from the pool, with the beach just a two-minute walk away!

I’ll start with the best parts: Our 7 day stay at Let it Be was amazing. The property is just as beautiful as the listing & very clean! Showers were great, plenty of hot water, beds are very comfortable & there were plenty of linens/ necessities for the week including tp, paper towels, laundry & dish detergent. Outdoor areas were so cute & relaxing. The close proximity to the beach access & biking to nearby Alys & Rosemary was great! The pool looked nice, we just never used it, bc, well, ocean! Things to consider: make sure you are sure before you book; the property owners use a commercial rental company & they can’t work with you on flexing dates if something comes up; understandable and not their fault/ problem, just worth noting. The breaker trips for the dishwasher /garbage disposal, but easy fix if you know where the breaker box is (by washer/dryer behind hanging Art), smoke detector goes off at even the slightest bit of cooking on the stove. If you use the hood fan, it drastically helps. Golf cart is nice but we didn’t use it; anywhere toward Seacrest/Alys/Rosemary, they aren’t allowed…you can ride it to the Big Chill and Watersound/ Seagrove areas. Bikes would be nice. There’s only one, so we had to rent. Only truly disappointing thing was very minimal & worn beach equipment. We drove 12.5 hrs and didn’t have room to bring any. No umbrella, and 3 usable but old, rusty, worn chairs. There are 2 paddle boards which are nice if you use them. Overall great stay!!

Everything about this house and location surpassed expectation! This house was booked for my sister's bachelorette party and it was seriously the cutest! We had 8 girls in total and were entirely comfortable during our stay. The beach access was perfect and pretty secluded (which we love)! We were close enough to all the great restaurants and charming shops without being in all the hustle and bustle (which we also love)! This was our groups first time in the area and I could not imagine a more perfect trip than the one we experienced at Let It Be! I would 100% stay here again and cannot recommend it enough!

We were really looking forward to stay BUT….Place was very cute and lots of charm hit had multiple problems with home. First we noticed that the dishwasher top rack was broken and couldn’t be pulled out fully without falling down. Microwave lights did not work at all. Water leak under sink which looked like had been there a little while as well pans to cook in either had leftover grease in them or the no stick covering was all scraped off on quite a few pans. Construction at end of the street woke us up just about every morning at 8am. On the third night the AC broke and was fixed by noon the next day. And last but not least construction crews running new cables around house broke gas line to home. I would have thought that the construction would have been communicated to us beforehand since they would have known this information. Home is cute and would have been fun to stay but all of these items made our stay not a great vacation.
