Reception area is uninviting..but it’s an older building.

Friendly and welcoming staff. One particular young lady in the bar serving food couldn't have done enough to help us. I can't remember her name but she is a great asset to the hotel.
The kettle in our room was extremely dirty and we couldn't use it. Also the wine service wasn't great. Maybe a wee bit of training would help.
