Poor we will not be coming back

The breakfast was well below par. The food was poor. The only time we saw a member of staff in the restaurant was to ask our room number. No extras were offered and not even tea or coffee were served at the table both hot drinks we had one tea one coffee were luke warm at best. The room we were in was far too hot

A bit of personal service at breakfast. Clearer directions to the accommodation we were in the annexe at the rear and the signage was poor to almost non existent.

Caro para ser tan malo.

La ubicación era relativamente buena, alejada del centro (1 hora en metro) pero en un buen barrio, cerca del metro y de una avenida llena de tiendas, restaurantes y pubs.

Nos dieron dos habitaciones en edificios distintos, la 14 y la 16. La habitación 14 era más amplia y la cama era cómoda, pero el baño estaba sucio, la bañera estaba usada, con una pastilla de jabón y botes de gel y champú en la bañera de un inclino anterior. Además la calefacción hacia muchísimo ruido, era un calentador de agua o aceite que hacía ruidos como si fuera un barco de vapor y una cascada de agua cayendo, te despertaba cada 10 minutos; como estaba roto el interruptor no se podía apagar y hacia muchísimo calor. La habitación 16 era todavía peor, no había espacio ninguno, cuando entrabas por la puerta y querías ir al baño tenías que pasar saltando por la cama. Además, el colchón parecía un colchón de agua. De la ducha no salía agua y hemos compartido la bañera de la habitación 14. Detrás del armario había una puerta abierta que daba a una habitación extraña. La ventana estaba rota. Las telarañas en general no las han limpiado en años.

Super helpful lady at the concierge desk.

Clean rooms and comfortable bed.

The fact that there is no restaurant for lunch and dinner on site. Also, the pathway that leads to the rooms has miss growth and can be slippery in wet weather and is poorly lit.

Location is excellent.

Relatively noisy as no double glazed glass on a 30 mph road. Asked to pay for parking which is quite odd, most hotels would let you park for free few hours after checking out.

Reception made us welcome, free parking available, standard of facilities fair.

Reception made us welcome and provided tea and coffee whilst we waited for the room to be ready as we had arrived earlier than we expected. Liked the potted history of the hotel in the information pack, kettle, TV, towels, toiletries provided and clean.

One of the blinds did not operate with loop, string pull in bathroom was short and grubby, noise from road proximity, plastic on pillows, tired bathroom.

Exactly what we needed. Staff great, rooms ok and would stay again.

Access was good, and the room was a fair size. The receptionist and cleaners we spoke to were pleasant and helpful. Thanks

The shower cubicle was a bit too small as i couldn't shower the mrs. It would be better as a wet room.

The bed was clean and comfy, the staff were very nice. The value was good 😊

The shower tray had dirt in that looked like earth or peat or compost and a bedside lamp didn't work

Good location for our purposes. Easy walk to bars and restaurants if you don’t want to “eat in”.

Location to be at an early appointment the next day. Good room rate for a basic room and en-suite but if visiting again would look at a higher rated room.

Needs some TLC in some areas. The room was sort of above the kitchen so staff when going outside were slamming the door. As we went out to eat the staff had gone by the time we got back. The extraction unit for the kitchen is on the wall between the bedroom and bathroom this started up at 6:30 am and is very loud, luckily we were already up to go to an early appointment.

The main complaint was the hard bed. Other than the room needed a referb the stay was fair.

Breakfast was good though over priced. Staff were excellent.

Room was outdated and needed a refurb.
