Perfect location. In the heart of Andorra La Vella and 10 minutes away from the Encamp Funicamp which makes easy to reach Grandvalira.
The elevator to the garage was broken during the whole stay (5 days) which made challenging bringing luggages from and to the car park.
The room was way too hot. Unfortunately, adjusting the radiators valves didn’t solve the problem.
The room was also dirty. We requested to have it cleaned (by leaving the sign on the door), but we found it being quite dusty when we came back in the afternoon. My daughter’s socks turned gray after she walked around for a few minutes.
