Fabulous room (Eiffel Tower view suite) with far reaching views and great facilities. Lovely bathroom and a great location. Staff friendly.
Breakfast was in a small, dingy basement and public spaces were in short supply. Single, small lift and an inexplicable abandoned bar/restaurant on the ground floor.

Great location and amazing, helpful staff. Our luggage still hadn't arrived and they went above and beyond to help us.
Bathroom was a little small but it was fine for the few days we were there.

It was clean , with good location.
It is unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel to not have Hotel porter to help with luggage. Really I was do disappointed with this failure.
