Everything was excellent the food was very good, the staff was superb, the entertainment was great, THE LIVE BAND 1000 + had a great time with them…I’m sorry I forgot the man’s name that greeted us and had fruit juice in a glass waiting for us at the door when we arrived also took us to the room he was so nice and funny..we didn’t want to leave so we definitely will be back soon…

The hotel is good but need improve in their restaurants , entertainment and room cleanliness look like the staff responsible to supervise and create the experience disappear.

The staff were exceptionally nice, helpful, and respectful, which made a great impression. The highlight of my stay was definitely the entertainment team — they brought so much energy and made the experience truly enjoyable!
However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. The air conditioning broke down two days in a row, and there were three blackouts during my stay — one of which lasted about three hours. Additionally, the buffet lunch and dinner lacked variety, with many of the same options being repeated. While there were definitely enjoyable moments, especially thanks to the entertainment team, there’s room for improvement in the facilities and food variety.
