La ubicación muy buena, ideal que tuvieran acercamiento permanente al metro y/o al aeropuerto. El desayuno muy abundante aunque poco variado (en los 8 días que estuve nunca varió el menú del buffet, ni siquiera el tipo de fruta). El personal siempre muy amable y atento, aunque no todos hablaban inglés, lo cual, en momentos, dificultó un poco la comunicación.
Me hubiese gustado un desayuno más internacional y más variedad de frutas. Ojalá acercamiento permanente al metro y/o aeropuerto.

Breakfast is good, lots of choices, but the location is so so, you must call didi or taxi, the airport or railway station are 10 to 15 minutes drive, but if you have 4 people and call didi to downtown, it is cheap and ok. Around 70 yuan.
Location and good restaurants are far away.

I had already completed the full payment prior to my team’s arrival. However, upon check-in, your reception staff requested payment again, stating that the Booking.com system did not reflect that the booking had been paid.
The situation was handled in an unprofessional manner. The staff did not listen to my team or review the payment confirmation shown on their phone. While I understand that cultural differences may exist, as an international hotel chain with properties worldwide, a higher standard of professionalism is expected.
Additionally, Booking.com was unable to contact the hotel until the final day of my team’s stay. Only then was I able to speak directly with your staff to confirm the payment, after which the matter was resolved and the amount was returned to my team via Alipay.
I believe this situation should have been handled more efficiently and professionally.
Furthermore, I would like to raise a concern regarding the room arrangement for three guests. The room was provided with two beds, each approximately 90–130 cm in width, which may not be suitable for accommodating three adults comfortably. Kindly review and clarify your bedding arrangements for such bookings.

The hotel is very old, and the rooms reflect that, it is outdated and poorly maintained. There's not enough lighting in the room, making it feel dark and uninviting. Overall, I would not recommend staying here
