1) The pool, clean beach, and overall hospitality were top-notch, especially the outstanding service from Mr. Akram!
2) The room was clean, well-organized, and the space was well above our expectations.
3) The beach was very clean, not overly crowded, and all the staff members were very friendly.
4) The location is perfect and conveniently close to everything in Naama Bay.
1) Housekeeping staff knocked quite loudly at unexpected times. Providing clear "Do Not Disturb" door signs in the rooms would easily fix this issue (Wasn't provided, and to be honest I didn't have a chance to ask for it)
2) Extending the swimming pool hours by at least 1 hour would be ideal, as closing at 6:00 PM feels a bit too early while the sun is still fully up. (General feedback because I know most pools in follow the same closing time)

Great stay overall! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location in Naama Bay was perfect, and the room was clean and quite satisfying.
The internal supermarket was also very convenient and offered reasonable prices.
Mr. Ahmed Youssef from the reception team was very cooperative and supportive. He kindly assisted me with an early check-in and made the arrival process smooth one
There was no shuttle or transportation service available to/from the beach, even at an additional charge.
The staff were generally not as friendly as expected, and unfortunately, the fish chef in particular was not respectful or welcoming at all.
I accidentally left my baby’s hat in room and after checking out I realized and returned for that reason, but unfortunately, the housekeeping staff denied finding it however my absolute certainty.
