A beautiful breakfast with changes each day so it never gets boring! Lovely friendly staff and such a relaxing place to stay. The view of the Whitsundays, whales, sail yachts spectacular!

Having to go home!

Stunning location on the beach, private beach & pool access (only available to Beach Club guests). Staff go above & beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We also appreciated the personal touch of the hand written card & bottle of champagne on arrival, in recognition of our 10th wedding anniversary. We made good use of the on-demand shuttle service - we didn’t once need to use the bus or a golf buggy- and enjoyed the included soft drinks & coffees from the hotel bar. The food at breakfast was excellent, and they have a daily special to add some variety to the menu.

Only one morning we had a slight delay with breakfast food & drinks, but we had obviously chosen a busy time. We still managed to get away on time for our booked activity.

Was okay…. The breakfast on all 3 days was average and at times unpleasant to eat with eggs tasting overpowering of vinegar or rubber when scrambled and bacon too tough to cut (even when requested to be soft) On the first day we were left at IGA for 30 minutes after calling the chauffeur - with a melting bag of ice - apparently due to a miss-communication. We had to clean sand off the outdoor lounge before we could use it on arrival as neither it nor the floor had been cleaned. The second day we requested a bucket of ice to chill champagne - but this never came. On a positive note - the barista service and hospitality staff were fantastic as was check-in!
