- Location - not beach front but couple Of blocks away/ easy walk
- Off street parking
- Laundry facilities within the apartment
- full kitchen and fridge
- communication good and considerate.
- Looked a bit run down. Needs an uplift for that price per night.
- Cups and a few bowls were not clean enough so gave a good wash to whatever we were going to use
- 2 Table mats were stained - cleaned them all.
- Amenities are very basic , no bath caddy so kept toiletries on the floor while having a shower.

Troy made us feel absolutely welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and was so friendly and accommodating. If Troy is working there we would definitely book there again
The permanent residents were nosy and complainers, and the manager gossiped about holiday stayers to owners in an inappropriate way. No privacy

The team manging were fantastic and very helpful. Micheal was wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. The pool area was nice to hang out at.
Unfortunately the rooms are really tired - and need a do over. The rooms were very well cleaned but as a result the whole room smelt like cleaning product which was quite unpleasent and meant we really didn't want to spend time in it.
