Room was clean and tidy pool looked great but did not get in. Quiet and peaceful no noisy guests or traffic noise. was close to amenities with shopping Centre across the street and Tavern in the same block for easy shopping and evening meals. Helpful and friendly staff went out of their way to assist me with finding the places I was looking for.
I would off liked a bowl and spoon to eat my breakfast.

Great little room. Perfect for a short stay (no kitchen facilities). Lovely room overlooking the lap pool and gardens, with small deck for relaxing on. Bathroom was lovely and all clean and tidy.

Staff on check in were good, but Reception communication after that was abrupt and not friendly at all.
The room was tired; needs a renovation. Chipped paint on walls; desperately needed a paint job.
The lift going to level 2 & 3 was extremely dodgy; lot of movement on the floor of lift. Uncomfortable to stand on.
The Laundry facilities were appalling. The actual washing machines were dirty and there was no washing powder available to use or even to buy.
Calls & door knocking to my room to make sure I was vacating at 10am on departure day! Got out by 10.15am!! Gees.
