Very disappointing for the money I payed, management simply not managing the properties.

The view and location of the Property was lovely and the size of the apartment was great. I did not however stay at Alexandra on the Pacific as when I arrived I was told the room I had paid for no longer available. This rating is for the property next door which management of the Alexandra on the Pacific manage as well

I had received an email to confirm I was going to be given a room with ocean views on level 4 of the Alexandra on the Pacific. I arrived a few days after booking and called the property to let them know I would arrive approx 3pm rather than the check in time of 1pm. I was informed this was no problem at all. I arrived and was told my room was no longer available due to the apartment having plumbing issues. I simply asked for the room they were going to give me in replacement with a view which is what I paid for and was also confirmed. I was informed there is no room with a view and they showed me a room which looked onto a blank wall with a snipet of the ocean. I informed the manager I was totally disappointed and flew up to this property as confirmed re accommodation to not be informed via email nor when I called at 3pm was not acceptable. I was told I could be given a refund and would have to find accommodation, I was travelling on my own and this was nothing less than poor. The manager then offered a room next door which they manage. The room faced the ocean and was great, I was so relieved. The apartment had a large glass patio door which did not open, and when I reported the door not being able to be opened and when I tried with all my strength the door popped off the rail the manager said 'yes that door needs new rollers' so again a safety issue that was known and the customer not informed. Three men came to repair the rolling of the door (after one hour I left the apartment again stressed with this stay) I returned to the apartment that afternoon, no call to inform me the door was fixed. The door was on the rails but again I could not open the door. There were other doors to open but this is not the point again customer not informed. I reported the apartment was dirty and a pair of mens underpants behind the drawer set covered in dust was disgusting. The office unattended when my uber arrived for the airport home, office unattended.

Great family location

Large apartment with great cooling. Staff are welcoming and helpful. About a 5 min walk to the Esplanade. and patrolled beach.

Location is quite noisy due to traffic (busy road next to apartment). The building is on a hill so my ageing parents found it hard to walk back to the apartment from the Esplanade.

Very good

The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, modern and clean. Loved sitting out on the balcony with the ocean view. The kids particularly loved the pool and spent a couple hours each day in there. It was great that all bedrooms had ceiling fans (and 2 with air con).

We stayed at the Mariner (apartments beside Alexandra) and was confusing at first which building to enter as there was no sign. The remote to the carpark was also not sensitive enough - had to be pressed on a certain edge to work properly which we didn't know at first. Would've liked access to either Netflix or the movie channels on Foxtel which weren't available. Could have supplied more garbage bags (only 1 spare) and dishwashing liquid sachets (2 sachets) for the length of our stay.

It is very good

Easy check in. Good location, less than 5 minutes to the center and the beach is just down the hill

If the cleaners had done their job it would have been great.

Great space, great location, friendly staff. comfortable and nice pool and games area. Great to have kitchen and laundry facilities. Safe underground secure parking.

Cleanliness was very poor, there was a lot of hairs on the bathroom floor along with some dead flies. There was a dead gecko in the lounge area that seemed to have been there for some time as was visibly decomposing. The kitchen sink was dirty as well as the cutlery in the drawers.

Large, clean. Comfortable beds.

No aircon in main bedroom. Door had to be kept closed at night because of traffic noise. Indoor dining area very hot. No windows or overhead fan. Ceiling fan in lounge area noisy. Whole unit needs a thorough maintenance check. Jets in spa not working. Not all power points working. Fridge far too small for a family of five.
