I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the staff throughout my stay Ms. Najla at the front desk. Mr.Kamel and Mr.ElGhatbi at the breakfast service.The suite was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The housekeeping team was extremely professional and attentive, and I also really appreciated the beach staff, who were welcoming, helpful, and always attentive to my needs.
The main areas for improvement for me were the dinner buffet and the spa experience. I found that the dinner buffet lacked variety, with more options and diversity in the food selection would have made the experience better. I also had a hammam treatment at the spa, but unfortunately, it felt quite rushed and was not as relaxing as I had hoped. There seemed to be many reservations, which made the experience feel a little too fast.

Friendly staff, cleanliness spot on, private beach 20m from the hotel. It looked like a palace not hotel. Breakfast was delicious good variety of food. Cold and hot. AC worked exceptionally. Big pool a lot of sunbeds. Also salt water pool. Amazing spa experience.
Weekend was super crowded we could barely find a sunbed and noisy people were drinking next to us. Did not have all inclusive option and dinner was very expensive.

The location and the architecthure of the hotel
The staff some of them are very polite and some quite rude not focusing on the service but on the tips
Rooms are quite big but the beds are not confortable when u get the two beds joined together .
Breakfast is ok .when it comes to the quality i can say it is not the best .
Hygiene is a big problem espicaly from the staff at the Buffet "One of the exemples "one peach felt down on the floor the staff she picked up and she put it backšµāš« and i have seen few other things.
Now let's go to the pool if u got kids you better watch them Life Gards are busy with the towels and other things they got a double fonction
I pulled one kid who was drowning next to me i Saw him just because he was playing with my son .
To wrap it up the whole problem is the staff some are very good and some are very lazy even though they are polite .
Customer service and hospitality are not there .
It is a heart breaking when u see the amount of money that has been spent on that hotel . Hope they will get some changes and as well to think about the kids they got zero activities to them .Children are bored and parents getting upset and the stay is ruinned.
