这家店干净是很干净，旁边就有个超市，位置离火车站挺近的倒是，服务人员态度也不错

桌子实在是太小了，啥也放不下，其他的还能接受吧，挂衣服的地方真的巨小，

Great location, so central and quiet at night, great value!

The location is amazing, within walking distance to centre of town.

Bearing in mind this is a budget hotel, I thought it was amazing and there wasn’t anything I didn’t like .

Poor

There was blood on the bed sheets and we were not able to get enough towels so two of us had to use shower mats for towels! I am not keen writing this here, but I have not been able to find a direct email to the hotel.

Value for money but you get what you pay for

Good value for money, very clean

Shower door was see-through in a “family” room. Staff were very rude - given the shower was in the bedroom we asked for another towel to try and stop water spilling onto the bedroom floor and damaging the floor. They said they needed to come and “inspect” the room and were really rude about it. No one ever came and they refused a towel when we asked again

Location is good, central. Bus connection to city center is perfect. Free bus ticket :) Breakfast. I do not recommend to open the windows at night if someone would like to sleep, the railway is extremly loud.

Last Minute Cancellation.

A system error caused a mistake on offering a room that was not available. My stay and my weekend in Lucern was cancelled.

The stay was disappointing and uncomfortable, the facility’s very basic the staff were friendly

Good location to city centre and train station. Staff were friendly

The beds were uncomfortable, mainly because it wasn’t steady it kept moving when you sat on it and the mattress was sliding off the bed frame as it did not fit properly.

Convenient location, not too far from the train station.

The air conditioning unit did not work well, there isn’t a lot of air ventilation in the room and no fans so it got quite hot at night considering the cool weather outside.

The property was very easy to reach. Bus stop is right opposite to the hotel. The Lucerne main station is 5 minutes away. However, the room was very compact. Sink was inside the room and not inside the bathroom as expected. Toilet was separate from bathroom, which was essentially just a bath area. Room could’ve been better.

The room is nice and clean. Breakfast is good. Staff are really helpful and friendly. It's good location so you can walk to the city easily and not too far from train station.

The shower area are really small, toilet door can't lock. The keycard always have problem.

Location was good. Hotel was easy excess. clean rooms and quality breakfast.

Too small rooms. Too much congested room. hardly any space to move and keep luggage. comparatively ibis budget pantine, Paris was much bigger and spacious. compare to price didn’t like the room.

It wasn't too close to the city center, but it was 1minute from the bus station and just 3 stops away the center.Staff was helpful and breakfast was really good but the rooms were small for 4 people.

Good stay on central location

Locations is very good. You can reach easily reach here using bus. The bus stop is very near to hotel and even if you have big trolley bags you can drag easily. There is a ramp to the entrance to carry. your luggage. Room and bathroom both were clean. Rooms are small but comfortable. Daily housekeep service is very good.

Not much options for vegetarians in the breakfast. No lock in toilet
