Not much to add to the previous reviews although I must stress the property is very clean, terrific location with everything you need in walking distance. Although there is rarely parking for free, there is ample parking in various parking lots for a fee. Breakfast was good with machine coffee which was a terrific choice, fresh boulangerie crusty loaf bread, Corsican honey, some fruits, yogurts and pastries to satisfy. Easy check in-and-out. Rooms are small, but that was already established. One last thing-in Calvi there is a long beach a few km away, but we found a day earlier that Ille Rousse, 25 minute drive away, and a much better beach setting with clean white sand and crystal clear water. Worth the drive. Pay parking, free beach. Several beach clubs with umbrellas and lounges for rent. We brought our own.
A recommendation would be to provide a hot water kettle, cups and coffee/teas for guests with little effort.

The location was exceptional and was exactly where we wanted to be. A lot of places were closed but having been here in high season we knew this to be the case. We have family in calvi and will be booking the Belvedere on our return trip.
We opted for a budget room and feel what we paid for is what we got. The breakfast was adequate for what we were charged and was every thing a continental breakfast should be.

Great location, good cleanliness and nice staff
Uncomfortable and squeaky bed, doors so thin you could hear people whispering in the hall ("soundproofing" is non-existent), internet didn't work throughout the stay, aircondition didn't work for most of the time, elevator didn't work upon arrival so we had to carry our suitcases to the 3rd floor, would have been nice to know that parking directly in front of the hotel is €17 for 2 hours and parking in the parking lot across from the hotel is €15 per day (it gets expensive if you're staying with a car for a week..), we paid extra for sea view but instead got we got first row seats to the rooms in the hotel next door (if you leaned out the window enough you could catch a glimpse of the sea but not what we expected), the fotos of the bathroom for the superior rooms didn't match what we got - all in all, the hotel might have been good 20 years ago but not worth the money (especially not the superior room nr. 307) now a days.
