We had a family room, two-level, in a separate building. Good breakfast and excellent coffee brought by the waiter. Welcome bottles of water in the refrigerator.
The family room, a two-level room in a separate building, is not at all suitable for staying in extreme heat; its wall is completely glass, and the room heats up, and the air conditioning cannot cope with the heat. Since summers in Europe can be extremely hot, this has become a problem for many hotels, unfortunately.

Carlo, the gentleman at the front desk, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Every suggestion he made, from Borghetto, to the gardens near the Villa, to restaurants, turned out to be a delightful experience and his wine recommendation of Bardolino was delicious. I'll try to find some in Dallas if possible. Our children were safe and well cared for while staying at the Eden. Thank you!
Wish there had been a pool, but we're just spoiled Texans 😉

Breakfast was ok. Nothing special, but normal.
It was cold in the rooms and the heating didn´t work. The price was quite high, so we expected more of hotel quality, it was a hostel kind of a place.
