Very welcoming staff and very accomodating. They arrived a private car to and from the airport for me, allowed me to leave my bags there and check in very early (9am).

Great location close to all the tourist sites and good restaurants. You can have breakfast on the panoramic rooftop if you want, or the floor below with large windows if cold or wet. Very helpful staff. Comfy bed and good Aircon and shower.
Fridge didn't cool much and a couple of lightbulbs and sockets didn't seem to work, but that could have been human error.

The location was good, close to restaurants and monuments
The bathroom was dirty (there were hair everyewhere) and we had to ask to change us to another one, however there was constant noise coming from outside the room, there was like a mechanical box making very loud noise during the night. Also the rooms look bigger in the photos that in person and in the breakfast there were no labels of what is what and I have allergies to a few products so I had to always ask what's in the food, and it wasn't a very pelasant experience.
