Nos dieron una habitación con una ventana a un patio donde apenas había luz, por lo tanto la habitación era muy oscura. No llegaba el wifi del hotel, y dijeron que hablarían con el técnico pero nadie vino a la habitación, y tampoco llegaba el servicio de telefonía normal, así que estabas incomunicado. La ducha es para enanos, la mampara llega al hombro y donde cuelgas la ducha ni eso, por lo que es complicado ducharse. Antes de alojaros en este hotel está bien saber qué hay recepción 24horas, lo cual está bien, pero no te puedes llevar la llave de tu habitación contigo, la tienes que dejar allí te guste o no.

The hotel is near all the exciting sights and resturants in Seville, which was really helpful as a solo traveller! They patio area is also very charming and great place to hang out when in between activities. In my opinion the beds were a bit hard which at times made sleeping difficult. AC worked though; it was in the 40s during peal summer heat and WIFI was consistent. Additionally, while the rooms are sparsely decorated, they are maintained very well and the staff was helpful.

The pillow was quite hard for my wife, but no worries. It was still excellent value for money.

The location of the hotel was great. The style and decoration of the lobby is beautiful. The staff was nice. There is an elevator to the room.

The single room is quite tiny and very badly kept. There is only one tiny window that opens towards the stairway. The air conditioner is too strong for the size of the room. The toilet was filthy.

the ground floor room was tiny, very basic and the only window faced the common courtyard, so not possible to leave open for light or airflow.

Hotel Patio de las Cruces has a fantastic location in the Santa Cruz district. The hotel is found among the historic streets of Sevilla and is close to restaurants/bars/other amenities. The hotel reception and the Andalucian patio were absolutely stunning, providing an insight into local architecture. I would recommend staying here for the patio alone. There is air conditioning in every room, which is a nice touch in the sevillano summer. Small cups and some shampoo packets were provided in the bathroom. The hotel is also reasonably priced, considering its location, and offers a transfer service to the airport. The staff were very nice and chatty, able to provide many recommendations to guests (attractions, restaurants, etc).

The room was very small and had no external window, meaning there was no natural light in the room. This wasn't a big problem for us, as we spent very little time in the room, but it could be a problem for other travellers. It was exceptionally dark at points. The shower was very odd. The showerhead was attached to the wall at hip height, meaning the user has to hold the showerhead while using it. There was only one socket in the entire bedroom, which was a little challenging when travelling as a pair. The room was quite small. This was fine for us, as we came with a rucsac and nothing else. However, travellers with big suitcases might not have enough space. There was a small hanging area and shelf in our room, which satisfied us.

After I booked the resevation 10 minutes latte i realized that a mistake was with the dates. imediatamente I request to change, but it was denied by the hotel and they proceed by cancel the reservation and kept my payment. We call this lack of profissionalismo and business éticas. I apreciate If i could get my money back and an apology for the distrasse that they cause to my family. Thanks

Very comfortable beds and very clean room. Beautiful building too. The staff were especially helpful. Had a schedule conflict with a different place and this hotel saved the day!

The walls are a bit thin.

Staff was friendly, We got at first a room that has not a good ventilation, we requested to get another one and staff at reception did it, and we got a better room. Quite good walking distance to main attractions, about 8 minutes walk. Many restaurants around and for breakfast. look for the one that have local people.
