Great location, easy to find, reception staff extremely friendly and helpful, very good choice for breakfast
Room was at the back of the hotel and was very very hot, no fan or air conditioning, couldn’t open window at night because of an extremely noisy bar right outside which didn’t close until between 2am and 3.30am then deliveries started

I had a small budget single room. It was cheap but so small that there was virtually no room around the bed. There is a little annex tiny walk in room. I didn't realise when I booked that this was what I was getting. Maybe I missed something. The room was so small it was very hot and stuffy in the extremely warm weather. There is no window in the room. I would have preference to pay more for a better room but no chance to upgrade as hotel was full.

Unhelpful staff. Not interested in seeing if early check in was possible. Hard to locate anyone to perform check out. When they did arrive no apology.
