Breakfast was lovely every morning! The breakfast items can be the same when staying for 5 days, so we suggest changing up the items a bit more
There is no kettle or tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been very nice to have

Very comfortable, well appointed room with good facilities and tastefully decorated. Excellent breakfast with wide choice in a very nice dining room. Very good shower separate from the bathroom. Central location.
It felt a little anonymous - all the staff were very pleasant, but a bit distant, and the decoration (mainly white) lacked a bit of character. For a relatively small hotel the atmosphere was more like a big high end hotel. It’s on quite a passing street so there was a bit of traffic noise but not excessive.

On check-in I asked about gluten free options. There was bread only available. I have stayed in 3 star hotels and B&Bs where there was a wealth of choice.
The room was too small and had far too much furniture. The glass bathroom door is not appropriate.
