Breakfast was very nice specially serving staff was very humble and soft spoken. Junior the member of serving staff very nice and dedicated to his work

Near the city center
The property - Quite old. The phone number provided to us were from another state.
The room - wasn’t very clean. There were no pillowcases, towels or blankets. We had to call reception to get it. There were a tv in the room but no remote control to turn it on. The bathrooms door didn’t close or lock. The toilets sit was broken.
Carpark - it was quite hard to find the building entrance. The valets workers always took way too long to get the car ready for us.
Reception - staff were okay and polite but the guy didn’t help us getting to our room.
Facilities - we couldn’t use the swimming pool as it was closed to a functioning group.
Breakfast - was okay but staff not very friendly.
