A quiet hotel. Parking, easy and good
At around 9:40 this morning, someone entered our room by opening the door without knocking. I was only partially dressed, and my friend was still asleep. What was this person trying to do, and why did they enter our room without permission? What did they need to come in for? This could even be considered a violation of our privacy and right to be left undisturbed.
The hotel also requires a refundable $100 pre-authorization when checking in and paying at the front desk. This was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process on Booking.com.

the staff was. really bad. I booked using Booking.com 2 twin rooms for which i had confirmation, when i got there i received 1 twin and 1 queen, when I asked why ...they said that I made a mistake and i booked the wrong rooms and that is nothing she could do. I tried to show her the the confirmation mail that showed 2 twin rooms and she did not wanna verify it or cared about that . She was sure I made the mistake because it could not be her .
