Such a cute hidden property! Close to pescara but nestled away hidden in the back end of francavilla- staff were lovely and accommodating

Unusually quiet place in the midst of tourist season, peaceful and relaxing, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, mountain of fruit, lovely views from the terrace, great SPA free for two hours each day of your stay and not crowded outdoor pool.
Uphill from shops and restaurants, seems especially far in summer heat.

The peacefulness and the attentiveness of the staff
Mmmm… can’t honestly think of anything. Maybe the road up to the hotel could do with a bit of a tidy up. It looks a bit shit to be honest.

The spa was nice and views are pretty looking towards the sea.
The shutter in our bedroom didn't work and even though we reported it nothing was done so at sunrise the room was very light and made it hard to sleep. The bath towels were old and we had one with holes in it. The room was very dated and needs some freshening up. The TV only played Italian TV and didn't allow phones to be connected so we had to watch TV on our tablets. The restaurant was closed when we asked to order some food as they had a private function on which we weren't told about. The walk to the hotel from the beach is up a very steep hill so take this into consideration when considering booking here. We booked hoping for some luxury but sadly this didn't meet our expectations.
