Receptionist Sankalp was amazing, and top notch. We had some difficulties with one of the guest on wheelchair and Sankalp went above and beyond to resolve the matter swiftly. We travelled as a large group requiring 6 bedrooms and Sankalp left no stone unturned in making sure we had the smoothest possible check in. I wish we had more receptionist like him in the UK.

What you pay what you get. Value of money.
There are few safe things in the room. Garderob was loose it can fell on the children even on adults. Floor was uneven and broken under the carpet. It felt your foot will go inside.

Bed was comfortable. Decent sized bathroom.
No mini fridge
WiFi didn't even reach 3rd floor had to use WiFi from neighbour hotel which only worked when sat on the toilet
