The hotel was lovely in a nice setting and liked that it had spa facilities
The curtains in room were damaged, the side light cover was ripped and behind the tv it was very dusty (lacked being cleaned) the facilities in room were good such as iron, fan and hairdryer
The side of mirror in bathroom had rusted and speckled with marks

Staff were helpful and friendly. The food was very good, although on the pricey side.
We were hoping to use the pool but they charge you the spa fee of £15 per adult and £5 per child per day to use it which is expensive given you have already paid for the hotel. Elements were also a bit tired. We sat in the garden for a drink and the picnic table was broken and other garden furniture looked old and not cared for.
