Great friendly hotel on a quiet road.

We have stayed there before and always found the staff friendly and helpful. Booking late we had a smaller room this time but still comfortable and adequate for a few nights. Very comfortable bed, which is important for me.

Sadly the lift was out of action this time but the delay of a couple of days in repair was down to the lift service people. The hotel staff were very apologetic and helpful with luggage for example.

very very bad so i just want help another people to know how its there

Nothing! the staff were very very rude special the women on breakfast was so rude i ask for toast and they say no sorry, coffe the most horible coffe i ever had ...full breakfast was one saussage one bacon few mushrooms beans and thats it and not fresh cooked anyway . there are not any shops around you can only go by taxy or walk 30 min so if its rain you cant really walk that long and you have to eat them food witch its not nice at all. breakfast bufet its just orange juice and cornflakes🤯🙈 shame on them. my friends come this morning to eat breakfast at 10am and they say its close so they didnt offer them anything😂 how bad its this🙈 anyway breakfast its from 7-10am so you have to book everyday your breakfast time you cant go anytime from 7-10 must be booked at some time from 7-10🙈 if you book at 8 and you want some coffe at 7:30am no way to get it. 🙈🙈🙈i will never ever go there again and i say shame on this people witch treat customers like this.

Disappointing

Seafront location

Bar/meal prices, dead flies in hallways, leisure/pool facilities poor, only 5 beds around the pool and steam room wasn't working.

Meeting friends

2nd stay at this hotel. Busier than last time but a wedding and birthday party were held at the hotel. Even though busy bar and restaurant staff first class and attentive.

Over priced

Breakfast was decent, a wide variety of choice. The Bed was comfy.

The hotel was rather tired and in desperate need of a deep clean . The carpets in the corridors were visibly dirty. We attempted to go in the spa on the Saturday morning as we were told it was closing that evening for maintenance, unfortunately the sauna was off and the pool was cold. The bed was comfy but we were woken up by the sound of the occupants above flushing their toilet, it was super noisy. The bathroom stunk of an odd damp smell and the glass shelves and sink were dirty with stains on them.

Absolutely loved it will book again

Just had a small meal in the evening absolutely delicious Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice The room was nice and cosy bed very comfortable best sleep I’ve had for a long time. Didn’t need heating on in the room as it was warm enough,actually slept on top of the bed

We used spa facilities personally I thought the pool could of been a bit warmer

Lovely, would stay again.

We booked a room for three adults, my daughter having learning difficulties so not able to have her own room. We were very pleased to find we were given adjoining rooms that had two bathrooms and great views.

Not enough sofas and lounging area to relax around the bar.

The food is excellent and the staff friendly. The hotel is situated next to a lovely clean beach.

I will definitely be back at Beaches Hotel. Everything is on your doorstep, the beach and shops.

Breakfast was lovely, the choice was varied and the portions very good. I had breakfast twice and I was not disappointed. The service was first class. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Tables were cleared really quickly and you were served quickly too. Dinner - I had a meal once in the restaurant and this was lovely too. The girl who served me was very friendly and spared the time to have a bit of a chat with me. Another lady asked if everything was ok too. Room - Bathroom lovely, the view was ok.

Room - (not saying I didn't like the whole room). The room was ok, bathroom lovely, the view was ok, the only let down was that the floor had not been hoovered properly (bits of food and nail clipping)

Wonderful stay.with fantastic service and amenities by the beach

Had a lovely breakfast every morning. Staff were efficient and very friendly. Room was spotlessly clean. Restaurant food was delicious with excellent service.

Would have liked to see maybe more extras in the room such as a fridge. Pressure of the shower was not great either. Restaurant prices probably a couple of pounds more than they should have been but the food was delicious! However, there was A LOT of chicken dishes on the menu, so you may struggle to find something to ear if you do not like chicken. Luckily I do :)

Ignored and disappointing stay. !!

Fantastic location-

Made to feel second best to a wedding Despite being disabled and sent several requests to include a phone call- give. A very hot small noisy room Drinks and food extremely expensive Was actually told we moved your room due to the wedding guests Paid for a superior double but got a room that was dirty very small and noisy No sleep for 2 nights due to location of room overlooking the beer garden Manager didn’t even contact us despite asking to speak with her Upon checking out was told the manager was waiting for me to make contact yet I was told she would contact me Catalogue of errors For what we paid for 2 nights we did not get value for money or the room we paid for Over rated hotel due to location Very disappointing stay but more importantly treated my dissability like it didn’t matter You tried to find me an alternative room but was all above the wedding so noisy My frustration stems from your lack of communication surely best to say a wedding is taking place than ignore other guests

Nice location on the beach- away from the main drag. With the exception of the guy on the upstairs bar the staff were friendly

Pool not so inviting. Room could do with a refresh. The guy on the bar was more interested in idle chit chat with patrons rather than looking after a customer who was clearly waiting / trying to get his attention.

When we arrived the receptionist was very abrupt and quite rude which put us off on arrival. Pool facilities were closed which was one of the reasons for booking this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights. Would recommend to anyone and would certainly return.

Lovely room, excellent views, very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent in the restaurant and breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choice to suit everyone. There was plenty of car parking - just had to register at reception and was free. All floors accessible with a lift.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Clean, comfortable but isolated.

The beach opposite. But access very poor for disabled. I was not able to access via the sleeper steps. Discreet rails would have saved a long walk to nearest ramps.

Without a car we were cut off. Menu in hotel not great, very very limited and extortionate prices. Breakfasts were excellent though. Breakfast was included in our price.

Superb

Everything was lovely, staff were really helpful, welcoming and polite. Beautiful decor, lovely cosy room with a fabulous view Food was lovely, restaurant was very nice & clean. Bar staff always smiley

The pool was great, just the sauna wasn’t very hot neither was the hot tub and I think the steamer was broken. It wasn’t terrible would of just been nice to make the most of it :) still happy though

Very nice Hotel

Excellent facilities, food was amazing and the room and bed was very comfortable.

There was no air conditioning in the room, so the room was warm, sauna wasn't working during our stay.
