Location
Scaffolding, had phone conversation about facility. No mention of scaffolding but was told nice view. Wouldn’t have stopped trip but telling us about renovations would have been nice.

Views and the restaurant was pretty good. As well as the pool and darts room, tennis court and swimming pool

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The pool is great. Excellent place to stay for mountainbiking.
No mini bar and no room service. This was annoying because there's nowhere nearby to buy a snack or drink.

The views were nice and the staff were very lovely
We rarely had house keeping even though we never requested not to have it. When we got there the body wash bottle was empty. The shower had mould in it. We found a chicken bone on our bedroom floor. The breakfast menu was very plain and not very kid friendly. Didn’t get multiple things in our room that was stated we would.
