Nestled in Lake Cumberland, this lovely house for $299 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Somerset House Rental 9 Bedroom, 4 and 1/2 Bathroom Home that sleeps 19-20 easily. This large home offers beautiful view of rural wooded Kentucky and has a large 1,500 SF deck to relax with your family. The property is located 2 miles from Somerset, KY at the entrance to Fishing Creek Recreational area, and boat ramp. This home is only minutes (4 miles) from Lee's Ford Marina and Restaurant which has available boat dockage as well as boat and jet ski rentals. The home boasts over 4,600 square feet of space including 9 bedrooms, 4 and 1/2 bathrooms, and an eat-in kitchen, and formal dining room. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and includes a private bath. The other 8 bedrooms offer queen size beds and twin beds. The upper level Great Room includes ample seating and a 50" HD television with Roku for guests to access their streaming services. The lower level includes another sitting/TV area and laundry area. There is a large dining room that seats 6 and the eat-in kitchen that seats 6 with stainless steel appliances. Free wireless internet service is available. Bedrooms are as follows: Master - king bed - first floor 4 bedrooms - queen beds - 1 on the first floor, 3 in the lower level 1 bedroom - queen bed and twin bed - second floor 1 bedroom - 3 twin beds - second floor 1 bedroom - 1 twin bed - lower level 1 bedroom - daybed (twin) and pull out twin bed - first floor In total there are 13 beds in this home. There are 2 full baths, plus full master bath on the first floor, a 1/2 bath on the second floor, and a full bath and laundry with new appliances on the lower level. The Home is located in a residential neighborhood, at the end of a scenic residential street, and the deck faces the wooded area. Parking for boats and trailers is large gravel parking on this lot, easily accommodates 4 boats, and 2 others can be parked on the street. Enjoy the outdoors with local fishing, golfing, hiking, and water activities including a public beach at Pulaski County Park. Located only eight miles from Somerset, there are many things to enjoy in the area including vineyards, a waterpark, theater, restaurants, and shopping. Somerset also boasts an active festival, car show, and music event schedule. Bring your own boat or rent one at Lee's Ford Marina. We loved staying at this property. The home was huge and clean. Plenty of bedrooms for our large group. Neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. Property manager was accommodating and kind. Highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was quite large and held multiple family units very comfortably. Plenty of towels and blankets and room to spread out. Would have been nice to have a ping pong or pool table and a second fridge in the basement. With so many people, one fridge is not quite enough. The location was great…short drive to Marina, beach, splash park. Street was very quiet with plenty of space for the kids to play outside. It was all about the kids for us. We had a wonderful time.

Our family of 16 found this house in Somerset, KY. that would accommodate us under one roof! We enjoyed our time together. There were plenty of beds, three floors ( steps), the main level has three bedrooms and three full baths, kitchen, dining, and family room on this floor. This is an older home, but the beds were comfortable and good soft sheets on the beds. I loved the refrigerator - the water and ice dispenser on the fridge were the best! The reason I gave the 3 star on the cleanliness is the gutters were overrun with leaves, hickory nuts on the sidewalk entry, spiderwebs around the door, and the front storm door was very dirty.- this just gives you a “feeling” before you enter. I did sweep the walk and spider webs before our family arrived. The interior of the home was older and some updates , but others needed. One window upstairs had nothing on the window so we were thankful for another choice of bed in the basement area. After we all arrived these things were truly minimal, but just thought i would share. When we left at 5:26 am eastern time this morning, we did notice that the outside lights are out except for one on the far side of the entry. It was very dark to have to get the garbage out at that time! I do not mean to be negative, but just truthful. We did enjoy our time in this home. If we wanted to get together again with family and this house available we would be okay with staying here again.

There were 18 of us that ranged from 3 - 81. The house provided plenty of room for all of us. We had an endless amount of hot water. The decks provided extra space for relaxing and visiting.

Not happy with the curtain instead of door in the one bedroom; another locked on the outside which meant the person staying in that room had to be rescued two different times as he couldn't get out of the room. Mice droppings in some of the kitchen drawers. and no propane for the grill.

Great place for friends and family to gather.
We chose this house as a gathering place for friends and family. We came from 5 states to this central, to us, location. We enjoyed all the various things to do around the area, as well as hanging out at the house. One thing to note is three bedrooms on main floor have direct access to bathrooms. I don't recall that being stated on the website. I may have missed that note. All in all a terrific rental! Thanks for sharing with us.

There are multiple bedrooms to choose from, some better than others of course. All of the easily accessible outlets need to be replaced. Outlets 'work' but can no longer hold a plug in place easily. This is routine maintenance. Gutters very much need to be cleaned out. The days with heavy rain showcased this by adding a huge puddle in the driveway. The appliances in the kitchen were all newer and in good working order. The dishwasher is super quiet and worked really well. We still had to use coolers as the single refrigerator was not large enough for the 14 people we had there.
