As we were travelling, we were only here for one night and were grateful for the washing machine and the possibility to hang clothes on the balcony (it was very hot and everything dried quickly).
The place was clean, but the bathroom looked very worn. The shower head wouldn't attach to the pole anymore. The air condition works perfectly and the room was quite big. The building is less than a 10-minute-walk from the train station and equally close to the city centre.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. The surrounding area was very busy with lots of traffic, but within easy walking distance of the gran canal and many good restaurants.

Fantastic central location! Possibility of parking and very nice, large apartment with comfy big bed. For us was a plus as the place is dog friendly, which is very important as we travel with two little dogies. We will come back!
The lack of dish soap and a sponge for dish washing, even more as the house rules said that the guests should clean their dishes- which is fine of course, but it was a problem as we did not find the dish soap. We managed to clean the dishes, but it would be nice have it in the apt. So, just that little detail.

The location is great, near the city center, great terrace with great view.
The apartement is not well equipped, it is old, not comfortable. It would need a renovation.
