Every thing was in its place. The bedroom was spacious and quiet; I spent an excellent night there. It was clean and felt good.

The staff were all excellent, helpful, patient and pleasant.
The view from the room over the square was interesting
The breakfasts were amazing and plentiful.
I especially liked the fact that there was tea and coffee on offer in the breakfast room throught out the day.
Bed linen and towels were very good.
Plenty of buses in the area and a day ticket can be bought to explore the town.
Only 1 very small lift to all the floors.
The room was adequate but bland furnishings and no long mirror.
2 chairs but no comfortable one and for a 4 star hotel I would have expected more.
Step from shower was very high and no grip rail in the shower.
