This Hotel was extremely good with friendly, helpful staff and a decent breakfast. It had everything we would expect and was in a brilliant location for eateries, the centre of town and the cruise terminal.
It was slightly unusual that the reception and Hotel rooms were all on the first floor and above.

Property is in Downtown so no cars are allowed close to everything train stations restaurants bars shops one of the employees name Stefano helpful gave us tips where to eat where to go in the city really nice person

The location was great right next to the canal and the main church. The room was comfortable and adequate in size. It was clean and had all the needed amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The window overlooked a courtyard which was unpleasant to see in the morning! The room had a tile floor with no coverings and no slippers to use.

Location and staff. Room pretty good too.
Facilities. No outside space. Breakfast scrambled eggs. White and yokes not mixed together, with grey bits in. Not appetising to look at.
