Impressive Playa Granada Golf

Nice property, clean, well kept despite the large number of customers, by the sea. Nice room, mattress and bathroom.

The food was disappointing. I wasn’t expecting exceptional quality, but it is below average standard. Low quality ingredients and poorly prepared. They definitely have a serious problem with the quality of their food and cook

Las habitaciones están distribuídas en múltiples edificios de 2 o 3 alturas, lo que evita aglomeraciones en ascensores o en zonas de tránsito. Salvo momentos puntuales en el comedor, no hay que esperar prácticamente para nada. La zona de hamacas de playa es tan amplia que no hay problemas para encontrar hueco a cualquier hora, a pesar de que este año había una zona con acceso restringido. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí y han mejorado los aperitivos del TI antes del almuerzo. Dan opción de hacer 3 de las cenas en otros restaurantes del hotel, me gusta el restaurante italiano, el personal aquí es muy amable y la comida muy rica. No se puede hacer el check-in hasta las 4pm (algo absolutamente abusivo) pero nos llamaron a las 2.30pm aprox.

Esta vez hemos pagado más por alojarnos en una habitación con Vistas al campo de Golf. Respecto a la Vista Jardín en la que nos alojamos la vez anterior, es mucho más amplia y cómoda para 3 adultos y además está renovada. Al tener vistas al campo de golf pensamos que sería más tranquila pero NO. A parte de que es donde se alojan la mayoría de familias con niños por ser más grandes, cortaron el césped, 8 de los 10 días que estuvimos, a las 7 de la mañana. No con un cortacésped pequeño sino con un vehículo grande y tremendamente ruidoso. Algo fuera de lugar en un hotel al que íbamos a descansar. Nos ofrecieron cambiar a una habitación con vistas laterales al mar pagando una diferencia, lo que habría supuesto que NOSOTROS y no ellos, solucionáramos el problema. El restaurante ha bajado de calidad respecto al año anterior. Como ejemplo el desayuno, menos variedad de zumos naturales, los embutidos de poca calidad, a penas había queso (lonchas y fresco) y algún día no había ni jamón. Este año son tremendamente estrictos con los horarios de comidas y cenas y sólo dejan 30min para acceder al restaurante, hasta el punto de que nos llamaron la atención de forma totalmente inapropiada por llegar tarde. En cuanto a la "animación", a excepción del AquaGym y las sesiones de estiramientos de las mañanas, es de poca calidad, no hay nada que merezca la pena. El "torneo" de tenís, como ejemplo, duró 45min, cada pareja jugaba 6 puntos, que es ridículo. Las raquetas y pelotas del hotel están en pésimo estado. Están arreglando la pista de volley playa y también una de fútbol. Lamentablemente no estaban listas durante nuestra estancia.

This resort exceeded expectations in every way. The layout is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space throughout, so it never feels crowded or busy. Everything is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and modern, from the rooms to the facilities. The food was excellent, with a fantastic variety of high-quality options, and the all-inclusive package offered an impressive selection of both food and drinks. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, while the local visitors also added to the warm and relaxed atmosphere. The beach and pools were outstanding, providing plenty of space to unwind, and the entertainment catered brilliantly for both families and adults. The on-site theatre was a real highlight and offered some fantastic evening shows. Overall, an excellent resort that I would happily recommend and would love to visit again. Final note: this is a place where people spoke the least amount of English whether that be the staff or other guests but that didn’t matter one bit as we all communicated somehow. It doesn’t attract typical holiday louts so I’d highly recommend if you have a family, want to relax and have fun too.

The process for hiring tennis rackets/other sports could be better.

The food was quite good.

The stay was generally fine and the hotel itself is pleasant, but for a spa hotel at this price level the range of services felt somewhat limited, especially outside of the high season. The price does not fully match the level of amenities provided. For example, even a basic set of hygiene items in the bathroom (such as cotton pads, cotton swabs, etc.) would be expected in a hotel of this category, but they were not provided. Small details like this make a difference, and improving them would make the overall experience feel much more consistent with the price and positioning of the hotel.
