About this house rental
A traditional Châtelaillon house. The living area of the house includes an entrance which distributes two bedrooms, a bathroom with sink and separate toilet shower - A living room and adjoining kitchen. From this large room, an exit leads to the 260 m2 wooded garden and to a bathroom on the ground floor. It is very practical for beach returns. In this garden, it is very pleasant to take the meals and to rest, barbecue, deckchairs at your disposal on a wooden terrace of 25 m2. For your comfort flat screen TV, internet connection (wifi and tv) DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher. The beds are made when you enter the house.
If necessary, we are happy to pick you up at La Rochelle train station or airport.
For winter, we have central heating.
In front of the house you will find public parking spaces, 10 spaces available for some houses. It is possible to go from the garden to the street by a side passage along the house.
We can comfortably accommodate 4 people, an additional sofa bed in a room increases the sleeping capacity to 6 persons.

Belle maison familiale,très bien située ,à 10 mn à pied du marché de la plage,et autres commerces.cuisine neuve,et aménagement cosy. On se sent très vite chez soi. Agrémenter d’un beau jardin ombragé

We really enjoyed our stay, the owners were wonderful and so helpful. The main bed wasn’t great so we ended up sleeping in the two twin beds but other than that everything was perfect. Wonderful garden, plancha for cooking our wonderful seafood meals. Bikes are available on the property and we made full use of them and the boulangerie and town centre with an indoor daily market (with amazing fresh seafood stalls) was amazing.

ein bestens ausgestattetes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten, ideal zum Entspannen, in ein paar Minuten ist man am Meer und im Zentrum. Ideal für ein Paar oder auch eine Familie. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Excellent accueil! Nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La maison est propre, joliment décorée, très bien située. Une maison parfaite pour les vacances.
De plus, les vélos mis à notre disposition ont été très appréciés.
