The hotel was clean and nicely furnished, the staff were brilliant very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good although no hot breakfast apart from boiled eggs and the evening meals were very good with a good choice. Location is on the main street in the centre of town close to various shops, bars and restaurants. Its about a 5 min walk to the slopes or you can get the bus. Would definitely stay here again but would book a bigger room.
When I booked the hotel it did state that it was a small room but I didnt realise just how small but we managed and the bed was comfy. The boot room is also very small but you can go into the bar for more room to get your boots on.

Wonderful staff, good location, cozy atmosphere, good breakfast, comfortable beds.
Bathrooms need improvement (put some shelves for toiletries etc). Although breakfast was good, a little more daily variation would be good.

Excellent location, very comfy beds, newly decorated rooms. The team was lovely & tried their hardest in the circumstances.
We arrived & the hotel has undergone a refit for the new season. They really needed another week to be ready.
It wasn’t ready, in fact it was pretty chaotic, like a building site & new furniture yet to be unpacked.
As a result there was no bar, no welcome drink as promised, no afternoon cake. The boots room wasn’t ready & we had to ensure we found a ski hire place that stored our gear too.
Due to an alarm issue our door was unlocked / unlockable for a while.
The address on Booking.com is not the address of the property & I had to scrabble around to contact my taxi company to given them a new address.
