Ottimo hotel per famiglie . Tutto il necessario per il benessere dei più grandi e dei più piccoli .
Ci hanno assegnato una bellissima stanza a due piani che purtroppo,però ,non aveva balcone . Ed essendo in mansarda le finestre erano sul tetto . Ergo niente vista . Inoltre ,soffrendo molto il caldo( si, anche sulle dolomiti) ho constatato che non vi era aria condizionata. Quindi ho aperto le VELUX sul tetto ma purtroppo delle vespe avevano ben pensato di fare un bell'alveare sul tetto . ovviamente sono subito venuti a rimediare perché il loro servizio è davvero impeccabile ,ma purtroppo io ho sofferto il caldo .

Bambini felici , staff cordiale e professionale, ottimo cibo e posizione stupenda, pulitissimo e ben organizzato.
Mini club davvero unico e tanto tempo libero a disposizione per noi genitori che ne abbiamo bisogno.

La merenda pomeridiana ottima, l'acqua ai pasti inclusa nel prezzo della mezza pensione, il miniclub e l'animatrice molto brava, la zona spa
La pulizia della camera, da migliorare sensibilmente (tappeti da sbattere, dispenser sapone ricaricato sporco) e la colazione deludente (paradossalmente, più ricca e curata la merenda), il prezzo complessivamente troppo alto per livello e qualità dei servizi proposti (pur evidentemente influenzato dal periodo: olimpiadi invernali)

Our room was comfortable and the girls on reception were lovely
we were situated above the children's disco. Arrived late afternoon and the jacuzzi was overcrowded with children, breakfast was poor, we booked the evening meal and no salad left, the main courses were cold, been on a hot plate standing I assume, the dining area was noisy, couldn't hear my husband talking, found the waiters rude and no one behind the bar.
