The staff are very awesome, polite and accommodating
Only they clean our room but we did not ask them to clean , but the receptionist is very approachable to acknowledge the issue..

It was center of the city all locations were very near from the hotel
I believe it needs a little ramp up since most of the furniture was old which doesn’t give a good look

Many thanks to all the reception staff for their warm welcome and excellent service, especially Mr. Mohammed and the lady whose name I can’t recall.
Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim for his outstanding professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests’ comfort. His exceptional service truly reflects the high standards of the hotel.
My appreciation to all the staff for their wonderful hospitality. I look forward to staying with you again!
