Very good location . Staff is friendly and helpful.
Our room could use some work, floor board near the balcony exit was damaged. First night the hot water in our shower wasn’t good, it was sorted out the next day. Price is a bit high n my opinion.

Modern, roomy and central location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very reasonable price. Rooms are clean and spacious. Reliable AC and hot water.
Water takes some time to heat up.

Located steps away from Ben Thanh Market. Room very clean, bed comfortable, 2 pillows each. Good breakfast with a nice mix of Vietnamese and continental options. Aircon operational but a tad noisy. Staff friendly and helpful. They were able to organise laundry for us, 80k per kg.
Room was small, no desk, only one chair. There’s a blackout curtain but light came through the bathroom door. Some neighbours could be noisy. Only one lift but the waiting wasn’t too long.

I asked for a specific room, which the staff helped to arrange. I am very grateful for their efforts.
