The room & bathroom were very good.
Lovely balcony with beautiful view
Friendly & helpful staff on whole

The flies in restaurant space & outdoors.
Room was hot - no air con (Is an exceptionally hot year though).
Breakfast a bit disappointing
Staff had no local knowledge of the events happening in the village.
One member of staff was very unaccomodating and verging on being rude.

Everything and everyone was great! Reakfast amazing!
I didnt like the dinner menu .. we use to go before .. the good was simpler and so much better.. it needs a nice steak!

generally pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff
The building generally is feeling its age. An archaic bathroom - tiny sink made it impossible to wash / shave comfortably and a sink that didn’t hold water meant inconvenience and wastage
