Definitely worth booking!

Selected Javana Royal Villa for a brief retreat with my husband, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness. Pram, the Assistant Front Office Manager, made our check-in seamless. Opted for a one-bedroom pool villa, and from the moment we entered, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as leaf-made bed wordings and a charming towel sculpture. I just love the villa's private pool. The complimentary beach shuttle service twice a day was a convenient touch. We booked a floating breakfast, a romantic candlelight dinner, and a private tour. The personalized nature of the tour, with the driver inquiring about our preferences, made exploring Bali a breeze. The driver's friendliness was definitely a plus point. The romantic dinner exceeded our expectations. The surprise decoration with flowers, rose petals, and lanterns before dinner created a truly memorable moment. The villa itself was well maintained, very peaceful and serene. It was really worth it. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Javana staff for making our stay so special. The peaceful and serene ambiance, away from the main road and crowds, made it a truly remarkable escape. Kudos to the team at Javana for their outstanding job, and we look forward to returning soon!

The power sockets were loose and some are not working.

Pleasant and relaxing

The pool and room was lovely. The breakfast was very pleasant too.

I do like a full length mirror in the room and there wasn't one. Other then that nothing.

Exceptional

Amazing wonderful and memorable stay! Best romantic villa in Seminyak! The villa cleanliness is on another level, property is like new and very well maintained. The pool is superb and very big. The garden is nice and tidy! I proposed my girlfriend here, and the staffs help us setup the greatest flower arrangements on our pool. Overall, the best stay i've had in Bali for a long time!

Best stay i've had in Bali. The staffs were great and very helpful. The villa is very big and spacious. The food they served was very tasty and they have a lot of choices to choose from. Not to mention, the location is in the heart of Seminyak. The best restaurants in Seminyak are only 5 minutes away. The ambience is really cozy and relaxing, very far from disturbing noises. They even prepare us a swan towel art before we check-in! Best experience for your honeymoon!

Perfect for couples or groups! Lover our Honeymoon stay!

We stayed at Javana for the last leg of our trip to Bali. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to quite a few restaurants and beach/pool clubs, and some street shopping as well. The facilities were amazing and staff too! We absolutely LOVED our private pool and made maximum use of it! Very clean, and just perfect for our honeymoon!

None of these were deal breakers for us but would’ve definitely made our experience even better than what it was: 1 - the pool was not temperature controlled. but this is the case at most hotels in Bali where we stayed. would’ve loved if the pool water was a little warm and not cold! we went in either way! :) 2 - we had a flight at midnight and requested late checkout. the fees for late checkout until 6pm was a little pricey (1.5M IDR, approx 150USD). but we had no other option so were okay to pay it anyway.

Staff were fantastic. Always a smile and happy to assist with what were was required.

Bed mattress looked fairly old with dark stains on it when seeing it be made up the following day.

Only the staff treatment was great, the place was NOT.

Super friendly staff. Appreciate staff kindness. That made the stay better. Everyday room cleaning. Complimentary water and snack. Peaceful place in a great central location. Great near-by breakfast & coffee & dinner restaurants and spas.

The pool was very dirty even though they cleaned it twice upon our request - it was still not cleaned due to faulty filtering system and not enough water in the pool, so we could not use. Pool however was the main selling point in pictures and the reason we booked. So overall we felt ripped off. Nothing royal about it except staff treatment of guests. They do have great manners and are kind. Outside shower was rusty and water did not flow well. The shower inside the bathroom had bad pressure at times so the water would get boiling hot. Moreover, from beneath the shower drainage the were worms that would come out as soon as you would start the shower. Overall taking a shower and using the bathroom was not nice at all. Felt disgusting. The villa nr17 needs a renovation (at least pool and bathroom) which are essential. I felt ripped off, definitely no value for money. There are plenty better places that are way cheaper in the area.

The staff were exceptional and friendly

The royal villa was a bit dated. No TV upstairs or smart speakers. The Jacuzzi was old and didn't work well. There was also no kitchenette. For the price I feel the room needs a renovation.

Amazing holiday

The food was amazing, great value for money. The staff were so attentive and kind. The location was great - there are so many amazing places to eat and drink nearby and the beach is a short scooter ride away. Highly recommend!

Pretty good

Very large pool, modern, great wifi, bed was very comfortable and large bathroom.

Toilet and shower are too open. Breakfast was a bit average.

Fantastic villas at the heart of Seminyak!

Everything about Javana was really nice!!! loved the stay!! we stayed for 4 nights in the Royal pool villa and it was fantastic! the staff were ever so smiling and warm and friendly and went out of their way to do small things that made our stay absolutely worth it!

its a nice huge villa, the room is big, also the bathroom and nice big swimming pool aswell. all the things there work perfectly, not problem at all. very recommended.

just a little bit dark. but thats for me , i like bright place and can adjust to bit dark if needed.

The room is spacious. All villas come with a very big private swimming pool. It is lovely! Location is also near to bar, restaurant, etc. Worth it. All looks new and fresh. Staff also so helpful.

AMAZING NEW VILLA IN SEMINYAK. FULLY RENOVATED

Villa is newly renovated. Everything looks fresh. Everything was perfect, prime location, spacious villa, friendly staff, villa is very quite and good for couple. The swimming pool is super big! I think it will be one of the best honeymoon villa in Bali.

Villa was beautiful. Spacious, nicely decorated. Pools amazing. Staff friendly and efficient.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Eggs over cooked and not enough bacon or sausage.
