We liked the staff. They were always on hand when we needed our bikes and that was good as we had to use them while in Carcassonne. It was a very quite room in the annexe.

Located well to the city center and Citadal.
The room was comfortable with tea/coffee facilities. There is a good lockable bike storage space for bikes.
The bathroom was a bit small and cramped, which needed some maintenance.

Great location close to station and also airport navette stop. Easy to get into town also. Room was quiet, comfortable and well equipped Excellent breakfast

Location very close to the train station. Walkable to the city of Carcassonne. Very good breakfasts. Bed was comfortable.
The stairs. A lift in an ideal world.
Felt a small one member of staff was watching us snf felt uncomfortable. As a single person. I had to take a further away table and was told not to move from there. It was discrimination.
