The grounds are superior to nearly every place I have ever been. It is truly a hidden gem in Luong Prabang. I enjoyed the room, large, and with great AC. The breakfast was excellent and and had a ton of choices. I also must compliment the staff. Each and every person were helpful and wanted to make me as the customer happy. Every interaction was positive.
The "walk up" to the reception area is a bit dodgy, more of the neighbors than the property itself. But once you leave the reception area, omg, the place is quiet and serene.

Very good. Some changes across the week would have been welcome as it was largely the same breakfast each of the 4 days
Motor cycle sounds in the morning wakes us up. Unannounced feed cutter was seen once outside the room. Pillows were too large
