Loved the location being up out of crowded Limone in mid August
The view and pool were fantastic. Table tennis table was a nice surprise for our sons.
Breakfast was excellent albeit an incremental €18 each. The restaurant was also great, especially the pizzas, including take out to our apartment
Appartment was spacious and well stocked with utensils.
Local supermarket 5 min walk down the hill
Lack of privacy on our terrace (room Mapo) - the shrubs between apartments were not sufficient and the neighbours hot tub was noisy
Non residents did seem unto use the pool on the Friday. It was very busy.

The facilities are very well equipped, pool is great and you can relax with a beautiful view to Garda Lake. The air conditioning in our room was a life saver given the extreme temperatures in August. The staff is super friendly and the foot at the restaurant is great. We will definitely come back! 🤩
The residence is located on top of a hill, so going to and back from downtown by foot requires you to be in good shape! In our case we used the car sometimes, so it was not a big deal and there is plenty of parking space 👍🏻

I would recommend this place more for couples:)
Might be difficult for families with little children, because of the steep incline leading to the room.

nice views from room
didn’t have an ironing board/iron on standby, shower room was oddly designed—water was spraying everywhere and the toilet was often damp, there isn’t a shuttle service so going up hill and down hill was cumbersome (the hotel is a 20 mins walk away from the city centre). breakfast options were also limited.
